First Responder Care Kit Packing Event

The First Responder Care Kit Packing Project begins at 2:45 p.m. on June 4., following the Law Enforcement and CRE Partnerships Seminar. Members of the BOMA Georgia Community Service Committee and attendees of the seminar (registration required to attend the seminar) are invited to participate. Care kits are packed for first responders to express CRE Industry members’ appreciation for them.

Our beneficiary will be Atlanta Police Department’s Zone 2 that has approximately 150 personnel.

CRE CARES and BOMA Georgia are seeking individuals and companies to support this community service event by donating items for the care kit.

    • Travel-size hand sanitizer (Qty 150)

    • Lip balm (Qty 150 or 300)

    • Sunscreen travel-size (Qty 150)

    • Travel-size tissues (Qty 150 or 300)

    • Antibacterial wipes (Qty 150 or 300)

    • Mints or gum (Qty 150 or 300)

    • Small first-aid kits (band-aids, antiseptic wipes) (Qty 150)

    • Eye drops or saline tear vials (for dry/tired eyes) (Qty 150 bottles or 300 sample droppers)

    • Protein bars or granola bars (Qty 150)

    • Trail mix or mixed nuts (Qty 150)

    • Beef jerky or meat sticks (Qty 150)

    • Electrolyte drink mix packets (like Liquid I.V. or Propel) (Qty 150 or 300)

    • Bottled water (or reusable water bottles, if budget allows) (Qty 150 - 1 bottle per kit)

    • Candy (peppermints, hard candies, chocolates—things that won’t melt easily) (Qty 300 minimum)

    • Meal voucher to local restaurant(s) (Qty 150)

    • Moisture-wicking socks (Qty 150 pairs)

    • Cooling towels (Qty 150)

    • Stress balls or fidget items (Qty 150)

    • Compact notepads and pens (Qty 150)
